My aunt, 81 yrs old, has had memory issues for the past few years. Doesn't cook, go out much, always misplaces keys, phone, checkbook. Has anxiety, and alot of fear. My mom, 86 y/o has been mixing her lions mane powder in little bottles of orange juice, and telling her to drink one of those every day. My mom has noticed that the fear-based phone calls have reduced from daily to weekly. Upon visiting her, she found her cooking carrots and potatoes. My aunt actually made a hair appointment, and gone to it. The stylist was impressed at how well my aunt was doing. About 2-3 weeks of her daily juice drinks. Thank you!
