What is lions mane mushroom?

  • The Lion's Mane mushroom is a rare edible and medicinal mushroom that has been cultivated for use in Vietnam, China and Japan. It is primarily used as a replacement to lamb or meat, but now scientists are looking into it for a treatment to neuro-logical diseases. The lions mane mushroom resembles a “pom pom” and the tentacles which hang down resembling “teeth” are used to manufacture and release spores, the "seeds" of a mushroom that allow the fungal organism to reproduce.

    Let's just start off by saying I have taken mushroom supplements before. But never have they given me a much benefit as Cultivate elevate. I love to have this powder cooked into my lunch to help give me a natural pick me up to get me through the day. Also it adds a nice flavor to food. One serving of this and I am good for another 8 hours. Buy it, that is all.

    I meditate every evening. I started drinking lions mane mushroom powder some months ago and it really helps my meditation by making it easier to stabilize my attention. The effect that it has is obvious, and it’s just as obvious that my attention is less stable when I don’t drink it before meditating. Excellent stuff.
