Honestly, I know this mix helps so many bodily systems. I have many problems stemming from chemo and radiation in 2007. I ditched conventional medicine and for the last 5 years been on a healing journey. I added cultivate elevate products to my supplements and I have started grounding/earthing. So, I am not sure what is helping me the most, but there have been noticeable changes. Since starting mushrooms and earthing, I am no longer waking up hot and sweating during the night. I feel really good and have a good amount of energy all during the day. I have also noticed that I no longer feel cold all the time. I have purchased several of cultivate products and feel that these products have unlocked another layer of healing for my body. I see my natural health chiropractor who specializes in kinesiology and nutrition in another week. I am so excited to be able to report these changes in my body. I will continue to purchase this product. I have put my husband on the products as well. Finding Cultivate Elevate was truly a God send! Thank You just doesn't seem to be enough to say!!
