Refunds & Returns Policy
Returns
You may return most new, unopened items within
15 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return & exchange shipping costs
if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Otherwise the buyer is responsible for sending the products back. We recommend using a postage
service with tracking in order to have proof of return.
If you need to return an item, please Contact us at support@cultivateelevate.com with your order number and the product you would like to return.
Our team will assist you with the return process.
You should expect to receive your refund within a few days of your package being returned to our address.
Please note: All Black Friday sales are Final sale.
Cancel an order
To insure prompt shipping and delivery, once an order has been placed, we are unable to change the address or cancel the order.
Price Adjustments
Sorry, but we can't make price adjustments. We only offer sales for a limited time, so by purchasing early, you ensure you get the superfoods you want.
Shipping
We offer free shipping to orders over $35 within the USA.
Shipping carriers are a 3rd party service, we cannot guarantee delivery times for domestic or
international shipments.
We ship Monday - Friday, with a cutoff time at 12pm Phoenix time.
Please allow 24-48 hours for your order to go out during normal business hours. During holidays, the fulfilment times may vary.
International Orders
Please note: All international orders are final sale.
All applicable customs and import duties, fees, taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
We ship your package DDU (duties and taxes unpaid), and we do not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and
cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If your order does require these additional charges, they must
be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs. Some countries may require additional fees paid Collect on
Delivery (COD). These fees are paid to the local carrier. If the customs fees & duties are not paid, the package will be
labeled as "refused", and will be nonrefundable.
International orders may have delays depending on the time of year. During holidays, packages may take longer than usual to
be delivered. Remote locations will require extra time for delivery.
International orders with the wrong country listed will not be refunded.
We currently ship to the following countries via UPS:

Wrong Address
Please double check your shipping address before placing an order. Once the order is placed,
we are unable to modify orders, and unable to modify shipping addresses. Refunds will not be available if the customer
has written an incorrect address.
International orders with the wrong country listed will not be refunded.
Lost or Stolen Packages
For lost or missing packages, we will provide you with the information of the carrier and tracking number associated
with your order so that you may contact them directly to track your package. Please note that we are not responsible for lost
packages sent to mail forwarding providers.
When you place an order with us please note that the liability is between you and USPS. We do not make any exceptions to this policy.
We are always happy to replace items that aren't marked as delivered but once the package has been scanned as delivered we are not
responsible for lost or stolen packages. We do have a few recommendations to help track down your package.
- Confirm that the shipping address you entered in is correct.
- Visit your local USPS office with tracking handy to see where the mail man dropped off your package
- Check with neighbors to see if your package got dropped off next door.
- Sometimes USPS updates tracking information as "delivered" a few hours or even days earlier than the actual delivery. Please wait at least 48 hours to see if the package turns up.
