I like the 6mix for travel purposes. I often do long roadtrips and adding this to my coffee really helps with focus and energy. It keeps me from getting coffee jitters.

This is probably my 4th bottle of this stuff. The mocha flavour is what I like the most. Its a fine powder which helps to quickly dissolve in my morning or afternoon coffee. Its easy to add a mushroom blend that's all in 1 rather than adding each mushroom separately. I appreciate the easiness and quickness of the 6mix. I have also tried the lions mane when that first came out a while ago and I can say that's my second fav after the 6mix :)

I can't say much more than this has changed my life. I've never taken mushrooms prior to 6mix, but I will have to say I am feeling GREAT
