Where do I start? This is my 2nd box. I first started with the lighter blue box & now I just recently started with this one. I was always tired as soon as I got up in the morning. I really got this because I get really heavy periods & suffer from low iron. I have to say. I feel so much more energetic. I’ve also seen a difference in my hair as I had some hair loss & thinning. I just recently started giving it to my husband who has type 2 Diabetes & he says his mind feels sharper & more energy. I will continue to take these.

It’s the only shilajit I use and trust. Now a days anyways we should all be detoxing our selves, and daily. Even if we eat clean there is so much toxins , heavy metals and poisons in our environment , food and water , and we shouldn’t forget to detox our furry family
