Refunds & Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return & exchange shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Otherwise the buyer is responsible for sending the products back. We recommend using a postage service with tracking in order to have proof of return.
To insure prompt shipping and delivery, once an order has been placed, we are unable to change the address or cancel the order.
Please note: All international orders are final sale.
If your order is missing an item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package so our team can further assist.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Price Adjustments: Sorry, but we can't make price adjustments. We only offer sales for a limited time, so by purchasing early, you ensure you get the superfoods you want.
We offer free shipping to orders over $35 within the USA.
Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
We use UPS for international shipping.
Shipping carriers are a 3rd party service, we cannot guarantee delivery times for domestic or international shipments. Customs may also delay delivery for international shipments. If packages are delayed, we do not offer shipping price adjustments or credits.
International Orders and Customs
All applicable customs and import duties, fees, taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We ship your package DDU (duties and taxes unpaid), and we do not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs. Some countries may require additional fees paid Collect on Delivery (COD). These fees are paid to the local carrier. If the customs fees & duties are not paid, the package will be labeled as "refused", and will be nonrefundable.
International orders may have delays depending on the time of year. During holidays, packages may take longer than usual to be delivered. Remote locations will require extra time for delivery.
Lost or Stolen Packages
For lost or missing packages, we will provide you with the information of the carrier and tracking number associated with your order so that you may contact them directly to track your package. Please note that we are not responsible for lost packages sent to mail forwarding providers.
When you place an order with us please note that the liability is between you and USPS. We do not make any exceptions to this policy.
- Confirm that the shipping address you entered in is correct.
- Visit your local USPS office with tracking handy to see where the mail man dropped off your package
- Check with neighbors to see if your package got dropped off next door.
- Sometimes USPS updates tracking information as "delivered" a few hours or even days earlier than the actual delivery. Please wait at least 48 hours to see if the package turns up.
Please double check your shipping address before placing an order. Once the order is placed, we are unable to modify orders, and unable to modify shipping addresses. Refunds will not be available if the customer has written an incorrect address.
