- Soy Lecithin reduces the digestion and absorption of calcium, magnesium, copper, iron and zinc and may equally cause stunted growth in children. This is one of the main reasons people are exhausted. The food on the shelves is blocking their bodies ability to absorb nutrients
- Natural or artificial flavors can be made up of just about anything including pig bones, msg, and other chemicals to make you mentally addicted to the food. About 95% of anything in a can, bottle, or box will contain flavors to make you want to come back for more.
- Aspartame has been linked to neurological issues, digestive issues, changes in mood, headache, dizziness, diabetes, and Parkinson’s disease. Studies were covered up with aspartame to deem it safe for consumption
- Sucralose has also been found to negatively affect gut health and lead to weight gain even as a zero-calorie sweetener. Primarily these are both added to sugar free products, and used as a cheap alternative to organic raw cane sugar. If you're going to do something with sugar stick to organic date sugar or honey.
Anytime you are purchasing grocery items in a box, can, or bottle.....make sure you check the ingredients. Even the simplest things have a lot of these man made chemicals added to them.
