    I've been taking these for about one month and so far so good. I think I'm sleeping better now and look forward to seeing if they also help my nails, skin and hair. I just ordered more because I know I need to give it the proper amount of time!     Hello dears Amra and Matt! I so appreciate you both for putting out there such quality products. At first when I first received this product my body did not receive it well. I wrote to you about it and the reply was prompt with very good advice to take 2 capsules 2 hours before going to bed to help me with insomnia, as they contain much magnesium. So I did and I felt so much better sleeping so much better. Right now I have my husband and Mom taking them as well. Best Wishes!
