Freshwater Pearl Capsules
I am enjoying taking the capsules. They really do seem to help me sleep better, and I believe are helping me finally get enough magnesium into my system that I haven't had leg cramps in a while. Thanks!

Love Pearl powder
I use Pearl powder on toothpaste to keep my teeth clean and white. I add it to castor oil at night around my eyes and my vision is clearer/sharper. Then I take two capsules every night to aid in sleep. So many uses.

Fresh water pearl capsules
I’ve been taking these capsules for a little over a year now and love it.l! I can tell a huge difference in my skin. Much clearer. I also use it on my eye lids at night and under my eyes (mixed w a little castor oil). What a difference. I also bought the loose pearl powder as well so I can add to coffee and mix in w my homemade body butter. Great stuff!
