Pearl powder
Only been using for a few days, 1/2 tsp at night and it really does help me get off to sleep but in a very comfy and sleepy way, rather than the sudden crash from exhaustion. I also had very vivid and interesting dreams which I wasn't expecting, but is welcomed, being a lucid dreamer. I'm yet to try on the eyes as I do get floaters and dryness a lot. I was wondering if you could provide info or do a quick reel on good brands of castor oil?
