Great for endurance
Love adding this to my tea. With a pinch of honey it is super delicious and noticed my 5k's are much easier

Sharp as a can be
I have been doing 2 tsp of cordyceps upon waking and my oh my is has it boosted my mental capacity and my energy. Being 60 you can always use a little boost ;)
