EMF exceeding 1mg can cause many health problems including: headaches, fatigue, insomnia, damage to red and white blood cells, infertility etc. Have you experienced any of these issues?
In order to protect ourselves we need to know this EMF radiation is existing. It can come from microwaves, phones, routers, and other hand held devices.
With this in mind in order to keep us safe from EMF we should:⬇⬇⬇
- Never sleep with our phones near our bed or under our pillow.
- Hardwire your phones with an Ethernet cord. Disable the wifi in your home
- Turn our phones off when not in use or swap to airplane mode. Be warned if opening apps in airplane mode EMF will still pulse.
- Never keep our phone up against our ear when talking. Using a speaker phone is best.
- Unplug the microwave when not in use. It pulses all day 24/7.
- Limit children to screen time and if they do use the tablet make sure the Wi-Fi is turned off and the tablet is hardwired. Never allow it to sit on their lap.
- Unplug your router before bed. Routers constantly pulse all night and disrupt sleep patterns.
There are heavy metals in some foods in which we eat and those metals can act like an antenna inside the body.
We cannot completely remove EMF from our lives now... But we can make changes to keep our bodies safe in the best ways we can.
