Since I’ve been taking pro powder, my nails are growing. I take a half teaspoon in water.I am taking it for my eyes, hoping it will help with floaters and vision. When I take it, my body relaxes so I take it before bed. I also put it in my nighttime skin care and my skin seems softer.
