    I take these and prefer the tablet so I can swallow it. It’s very bitter otherwise. But all my cats love this. They recognize the package and want it like a treat. They do not swallow just like it for awhile until they have had enough.

    I started taking these in hopes to regain focus and energy. They work great! I was no longer being tired in the afternoon, my sleep pattern was much better and they are easy to take with breakfast or a protein shake.
