I have to say since trying the shilajit. It's been a life saver i'm going through menopause, and this really helps me especially with energy and anxiety. So thank you for this product. And I hope and pray. Everyone else tries it. It's really good. It doesn't make you sick, no side effects, just good. I’ve never taken Shilajit previously, but I am having a tablet every morning with my beef and eggs breakfast. All I can say is that I feel very good and given that I have a stressful job and do plenty of hours in that job I am getting good sleep and feeling relaxed. Som giving the Shilajit credit for this.
