    I have NEVER had a mineral, vitamin, or a big Pharma pill that has helped me with my hormones as much as Shilajit. I have lived with severe hot flashes for almost 20 years. Since I have been on Shilajit, I have had very few hot flashes. I live in South Texas and it gets hotter then a chili pequin. I recommend Shilajit to all women who need their hormones in balanced.     If your man is always working and doesn't get to take any vitamins and stuff give him this. I started taking this no bs I have stopped buying alot of energy drinks. My body feels good I have a busted up knee somehow it quit hurting I am not tired after a 12 to 16 hour day either. I am not some paid review anything but this stuff works fellas. I am writing this review thing even though I don't like tech stuffs imply because I am buying the stuff again but sweet baby jesus this stuff is great.
