    I take one cap a day and the stuff is really going to work, gently, detoxing all sorts of old problems. I mix a cap with a tad of olive oil and use as toothpaste and problem skin spots. I also added a capful to my coconut lotion. I do muscle testing so I know it is working. Best detox and all around elixir I've ever used....and I ain't no spring chicken :)

    I take 2 in the morning and 1 at night. I love that it's all natural and helps to detoxify. It keeps the inflammation down especially in my hands as I rock climb. A noticable difference! At night I have the most amazing dreams! Truly grateful for you, Matt, for all your shared knowledge. I never miss a podcast of yours! Thank you for your amazing products!     I just had a dental exam and it has been about 6 months since my last visit. The lady doing the cleaning said I just want to check a couple of your margins? They went from a 4 to a 3. Hum she said. I have been told that once your gums start receding that you can not do anything. Well that's how you prove them wrong.

Dragon's blood is a powerful superfood and can be used in many ways.

Skin healing, bug bites, or eczema:

Open 1 capsule of dragons blood and mix it with 1/2 tbsp of organic coconut oil or tallow. Mix well into a small bowl. Apply to the area for 15 minutes to 30 minutes per day. 

Healing scars: Open 1 capsule of dragons blood and mix it with 1/2 tbsp of organic coconut oil or tallow. Mix well into a small bowl. Apply to the scar for 1 hour per day. 

Recessive gums:

Open 1 capsule of dragons blood and mix it with 1/2 tbsp of organic coconut oil. Mix well into a small bowl. Apply to the gums for 20 to 30 minutes per day.
